We are Maria and Bob Crabb. We are both retired educators, with 85 years combined in service to the public schools in and around Spokane Washington.

We care about kids and families, and we enjoy serving them at fun events like fairs, festivals, rodeos, weddings, and parties. We take pride in offering high quality products at affordable prices.

14 years ago Maria started her Hawaiian Shave Ice business. We get our concentrates from the big island, but we still support the local community by sourcing our ice and pure cane sugar from locals!

Two years ago we purchased two Ice Cream trailers to add to our ability to serve families! We proudly serve Cascade Glacier Ice Cream in a variety sizes, cones and cups. Our menu has expanded to include milkshakes, sundaes, floats, specialty drinks, and Italian sodas. Our featured ice cream is Huckleberry, although we offer many other delicious flavors.

We love being a part of all family events and being able to bring joy to families! We look forward to meeting and serving you!
